This year, our district-wide focus is GO BIG BLUE, a theme that aligns with our Peotone High School vision and our Portrait of a Graduate. Each month, we spotlight one key aspect of GO BIG BLUE and celebrate the students and staff who truly exemplify it through our GO BIG BLUE Spotlight Recognition Program.
For March, our focus was "Encourage Effective Communication." This recognition honors someone who speaks clearly, listens to others, and shares their ideas in a kind and respectful way. This person helps everyone work better together. These staff members were recognized at their buildings this past month.

So much fun and learning at PEEP!

Wednesday is our favorite day because Firefighter Jackie comes to visit us!👩🏻🚒 In our Learn Not to Burn lesson last week, she talked to the students about having two exits from every location. We walked the school and found the different exit signs and talked about how to get out safely. She also talked about how fire drills should be practiced at home and the students should know two ways out of their house just like at school.
